An online video series, “Smart Talent: Focus on Faculty & Programs,” spotlights faculty and staff in in-depth interviews. The series introduces viewers to the many faculty members making a difference in our colleges and the community.The Healthcare Administration Program prepares graduates to become effective managers of in-patient and out-patient healthcare facilities. Students learn the problem-solving skills, leadership strategies, and communication techniques vital for successful healthcare managers. The program capstone is an 80-hour practicum where students experience firsthand the varied professional roles of a healthcare administrator.
