Palo Alto College celebrates Topping Out Ceremony for Rio Grande building

Alamo Colleges District-Palo Alto College celebrated a milestone in the construction phase of the new bond-funded Rio Grande building with a topping out ceremony on Sept. 1, 2021. Students, faculty, and staff had the chance to sign the beam and witnessed the last beam being placed on the highest point of the structure that is to become the College’s largest building.
